Preschool End of Year Concert 2026 - BROADBEACH CULTURAL CENTRE
Our End of Year Concert is an incredible way for students to show off what they’ve learned in class. It's a fun and exciting part of their dance journey.
We love seeing our students practice, work together, and perform on stage. Concerts give everyone the chance to shine and an opportunity to feel proud of their hard work.
It’s also a great time for family and friends to watch, celebrate and congratulate. We encourage even our youngest and newest dancers to join in and be part of this special event.

Preschool Show Dates and Times
Our Preschool students will have their very own special performance on the big stage at the Broadbeach Cultural Centre on Sunshine Blvd, Broadbeach.
The Preschool Shows will take place on Sunday the 22nd of November, with times TBC.
The show will run for approximately 1hr.
This shorter, age-appropriate performance is designed to give our little dancers a fun and memorable stage experience, while keeping the day relaxed and enjoyable for families.
PLEASE ARRIVE AT YOUR DESIGNATED TIME TO BE SIGNED IN.
YOU WILL HEAD TO THE MAIN FOYER WHERE YOU WILL BE GREETED!

IF YOUR CHILD'S LAST NAME STARTS WITH I-Z - YOUR ARRIVAL TIME IS TBC
E.G SMITH (S) 9.45AM - 10AM
Each child will then be ushered with 1 parent only (if needed) into the mustering room, where all preschool performers will gather. From here all students will be ushered into a room beside the stage, alongside their parent ONLY if needed.
Any other guests that are attending to watch the show will be allowed to move into the auditorium once opened, and head to their designated seats.

Hair and Costume Requirements
Please have your child come ready to the Cultural Centre, dressed in their Costume that will be provided in class, and hair complete!
Children will be required to have their hair in a LOW BUN.
Hair is to be slicked back using Gel and Hairspray, to ensure that hair is secured and won't fall out whilst dancing. Please use pins and suitable ties, along with a hairnet if needed, to ensure your child's hair is secure. This ensures that our students can dance safely, without distraction :)
No make up is required for Preschool students.
Butterfly Ballet and Jumping Jazzies students will either wear Pink Ballet shoes or Tan Jazz shoes, mirroring what footwear they wear in classes. Tiny Tumbler students don't have to wear shoes and require bare feet.
Preschool students are welcome to wear Theatrical Pink Tights, Tan Jazz Tights, Pink Ballet socks or Tan Jazz socks to match their footwear :)
Band App
Students use the BAND App to practice their routines at home.

What if my child doesn't want to perform on the day or is nervous?
We had over 150 students in our 2025 concert. Although there were certainly a few nerves, the majority of our children confidently jumped up on stage and performed beautifully! Any students who didn't feel comfortable on the day, were supported by our team and nurtured through the process. We are very aware that for lots of our tiny dancers, this is their very first time moving through this experience! Every step of the way we will be there supporting and nurturing each student, as our aim is to provide the absolute best experience, beyond dancing!
Is my child required for the full day?
No, students will only be required for their show. There is no rehearsal. Students are required to stay in our care until the final act has performed and for their Finale.
Do I get to keep my costume?
Yes! All costumes are brand new and are carefully chosen especially for your child :)
How long will the shows run for?
Approx. 1hr
Is it filmed or are there photos?
The preschool show is filmed however there are no group photos.
