Our End of Year Concert is an incredible way for students to show off what they’ve learned in class. It's a fun and exciting part of their dance journey.
We love seeing our students practice, work together, and perform on stage. Concerts give everyone the chance to shine and an opportunity to feel proud of their hard work.
It’s also a great time for family and friends to watch, celebrate and congratulate. We encourage even our youngest and newest dancers to join in and be part of this special event.
We are so excited for all Prep-Grade 12 groups to experience a beautiful photo shoot together!
Please review the timetable that has been emailed to find your child's Photo time. Please refer to their class name e.g (HS-Fri-Musical Theatre 2-3) to find their timeslot.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PHOTO DAY - You may be required for multiple sessions so please read the schedule carefully and check off all classes your child is enrolled in!
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please leave your child with us at the door. Our waiting room will be closed and we are unable to have parents in the venue.
We have over 400 students and around 1000 different costumes to coordinate. We have done our absolute best to try and arrange the schedule so that your child isn't needed across the entire day on and off. However, in some cases, you may find this is needed depending on how many classes you attend and what venues you attend. The timetable is now 100% finalised and there will not be any changes to the schedule.
The Uniform/Dance Shop will be CLOSED on the day, so please ensure that all of your Tight and Shoe purchasing is completed before the 3rd of September!
Please see Photo Day Schedule email in reference to Individual Photo's. These will be taken on a separate weekend after Concert, for those that wish to purchase.
Last year all the slots sold out, so please make sure to purchase ASAP once this is released. Due to time constraints, we will not be able to release further slots once they have all been allocated and taken.

We had over 400 students in our 2025 concert. Although there were certainly a few nerves, every student confidently went on stage and performed. The experience backstage is incredible, and your child is guided and supported every step of the way. We will do everything we possibly can to support your child to have a positive experience on stage. If they don't wish to perform on the day, our team will be there to support any child that needs additional help or guidance. We will manage this on a case by case basis and communicate with the parent accordingly.
Each student is an integral part of their dance routine and an important part of their team. We will require students to be there for the full allocated duration of the day.
Yes! All costumes are brand new and are carefully chosen especially for your child :)

No, devices are not permitted at the concert.
All student devices must remain safely at home. We want every child to feel included and connected during this special event. Allowing devices can unintentionally create moments where some children feel left out if they don’t have one. By keeping all devices at home, we make sure everyone enjoys the same shared experience together, without distractions or worries about belongings during the event.
Our team prioritises both student safety and the security of personal items.
If a child needs to make contact with their parents/guardian, they can speak with a team member who will assist them. If a parent needs to make contact with their child, please call 0490 766 193, in the event of an emergency or unforeseen situation.
